New York's Department of Health Announces Investigation Into Vaping-Related Illnesses

We are gratified that the New York State Department of Health is taking appropriate steps to investigate the source of these vaping-related injuries. Given Department's focus on unregulated products, it’s our hope New York State will redouble its efforts to eliminate illicit market products that are untested, unregulated and potentially unsafe. We note that DOH’s investigation does not include the products made by New York’s medical marijuana license holders. Our products, including vaporization devices, are formulated with pharmaceutical-grade ingredients, independently tested, and strictly regulated by the Department. We appreciate Governor Cuomo’s reassurance today to all New Yorkers that our products are a critical treatment option for thousands of New Yorkers dealing with constant pain.
